Educating HCPs through Dynamic Video & Animation

Solution

Pfizer Branding: Worked closely with Pfizer's branding guidelines to maintain a consistent color palette and graphic elements throughout the video series.

High Engagement: Employed fast cuts, graphics, and animations to keep viewers engaged while educating them on complex subjects.

Inspired by high-engagement content like Vox's "Explained" series, our team got to work. We gathered clinicians and brainstormed ideas, subsequently moving to scripting and storyboarding. We brought in healthcare-specific videographers and editors to capture footage at Great Ormond Street Hospital and worked with animators to graphically present complex microbiology tests and concepts.

Results

These videos were placed on Pfizer’s website to continuously engage healthcare professionals.

This series of explainer videos helped Pfizer meet its objectives of education and engagement, effectively contributing to their platform’s success.

Reflection

"We absolutely love these internally; this is exactly what we wanted. Incredibly engaging and high-quality work. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the entire SomX team." Aman at Pfizer

The project was an unequivocal win for both Pfizer and SomX. We successfully simplified complex microbiological concepts through compelling visuals while adhering to Pfizer's branding. This allowed us to focus on maximizing engagement creatively.
